Having bought and sold many houses, I will say that there is a big difference between facilitating a
transaction and actually making it happen. The latter requires research, market expertise, industry
experience, great people skills and lots of patience. Lori and Lou are examples of all of that. I’ve sold two
houses and purchased one through them, all in challenging circumstances and each time they exceeded
my expectations in terms of marketing, managing difficult negotiations and ultimately bringing in the right
